5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in BarStock Manager, including software, design, and branding, belong to OBAPS Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tumakuru, Karnataka.
